※国内倉庫と海外工場を同時運営しているため、国内発送と海外支部発送二つの発送元がございます。

※発送元に関わらず返品交換はすべて国内で行っており、ご安心ください。

ご注文方法

ご購入希望商品を商品ページより、【カラー、サイズ、数量】を選択し、カートに入れてから決済画面へお進めください。ご注文完了後、ご登録のメールアドレスにご注文完了の確認メールを発信いたします。しばらく経ってもメールが届かない場合は、一度「迷惑メールフォルダ」をご確認するか、ご注文履歴よりご注文状況をご確認ください。（メールが届かなくても商品の発送には影響ありませんので、ご安心ください）

※Jomireはオンラインのご注文のみ承っております。それ以外の方法（お電話、メール）に対応できかねております。

ご注文キャンセルについて

ご注文のキャンセルは原則受付しておりません。ご注文確定する前に、間違いがないか必ずご確認頂きますようお願い致します。

ご注文に不備があった場合は、メールで連絡させていただきます。

ご注文後の欠品について

Jomireは、発送する前に、一つ一つの商品に対し、厳密な検品を行っております。そのため、検品に通らず発送不可と判断した商品もございます。

誠に申し訳ございませんが、その際にはご注文をキャンセルとさせていただきご決済の請求を取り消し処理をいたしますので、ご了承いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

複数ご注文して頂いた場合は、原則発送できない商品のみのキャンセルとなります。在庫のご用意できた商品のみの発送になります。

Jomire inspects and shipping all the goods. We usually have 7 to 12 days. Please let us know in advance.

Order method

Choose your item, color, size, quantity, and put it in the cart. After completion of your order, we will send you confirmation email to your registered email address. If the email does not reach after a while, please confirm the "junk mail folder" once or confirm the order condition from the order history. (please do not affect the shipment of the product even if the mail does not reach).



* jomire only orders online. I can't respond to other methods (phone, email).



About cancellation of order

The cancellation of the order is not accepted in principle. Please confirm that there is no mistake before making the order.

About the article after the order

Jomire carries out strict inspection for each item before shipping. Therefore, there is a commodity that it is judged that it is impossible to carry out inspection without passing inspection.



I'm sorry, but I would like you to cancel your order and cancel your request.



If you order multiple orders, you will only cancel the item that cannot be shipped in principle. You will be able to ship only stock items that you have prepared.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK.
